About the role
The Case Manager is the operational backbone of every recovery engagement. You will coordinate the workflow between creditors, collection agents, and legal partners, ensuring every case moves through the pipeline cleanly, on time, and within compliance.
This role suits a detail-oriented operator who takes pride in organized case files, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination across multiple parties. You will be the central point of accountability for case status and documentation integrity.
What you'll do
- Maintain the case pipeline, tracking status transitions and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate communication between creditors, agents, and legal partners.
- Ensure every case file meets PDPO documentation standards.
- Prepare client-facing progress reports and internal audit summaries.
- Flag at-risk cases early and drive resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own case pipeline status and documentation across the portfolio

Requirements
- 3+ years in case management, operations, or legal coordination
- Exceptional organizational and documentation discipline
- Strong written communication in English (Chinese an advantage)
- Familiarity with Hong Kong PDPO and data handling standards
- Comfortable with case management systems and reporting
- Calm under pressure with strong multi-party coordination skills
