This is a detail-critical role for someone who understands Hong Kong data protection law and takes ownership of compliance as a practical, daily discipline rather than an afterthought.
What you'll do
- Review incoming claim documentation for PDPO and regulatory adherence.
- Assess debtor contact protocols and flag compliance risk before outreach.
- Maintain audit trails and support internal compliance reporting.
- Advise agents and case managers on data handling standards.
- Support regulatory reviews and continuous compliance improvement.
