Manage a portfolio of cross-border debt recovery cases, negotiating settlements with South Asian and Western debtor profiles. Requires fluency in English and at least one South Asian language.
Legal Partner — Litigation
Lead legal escalation proceedings, statutory demands, and court actions for complex recovery cases. Hong Kong qualified solicitor with commercial litigation experience required.
Case Manager
Coordinate case workflows between creditors, agents, and legal partners. Track recovery progress, maintain communication logs, and ensure PDPO compliance across all case activity.
Compliance Analyst
