About the role
The Recovery Analyst supports our collection agents with the research and analysis that underpins effective recovery strategy. You will conduct debtor research, trace assets, analyze financial documentation, and prepare recovery strategy recommendations that agents use to drive negotiations.
This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys investigative work and wants to build a career in cross-border recovery. You will work closely with senior agents and gain exposure to the full recovery lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Conduct debtor research and asset tracing to support recovery strategy.
- Analyze financial documents and prepare case briefs for agents.
- Recommend recovery approaches based on debtor profile and asset findings.
- Support case preparation for both amicable and legal escalation paths.
- Maintain research documentation to PDPO standards.
